The Customer acknowledges that all water bottles and dispensers remain the property of Ultra Pure Water. The Customer agrees to allow Ultra Pure Water and its representatives to enter the premises at reasonable times to inspect, maintain, or retrieve its property.*

“Customer acknowledges and agrees that Ultra Pure Water has a two-bottle minimum policy. Customers will be billed for a minimum of two bottles each month, regardless of usage, to ensure the cost-effectiveness of delivery and service.”*

“I understand that any unused water is non-refundable after delivery, though refunds may be considered at the discretion of Ultra Pure Water.”*

“I understand that Ultra Pure Water shall not be held liable for any water damage or spillage under any circumstances.”*

“I understand that Ultra Pure Water dispensers and bottles may only be used with Ultra Pure Water and must not be filled with any other liquid or substance.”*

“I understand that any billing disputes must be reported to Ultra Pure Water within 15 days of the invoice date; otherwise, the charges will be considered valid and non-refundable.”*

“I understand that my chosen payment method will be billed monthly for the previous month’s water service, and that any missed or failed payments may result in service interruption or account termination.”*
